    Building web and mobile products for a logistics and cargo company: internal systems, WMS platforms, operational dashboards and the customer-facing iPost app.

    • Build web and mobile solutions across internal management systems, WMS platforms and operational dashboards.
    • Develop apps for PDA and scanner devices used in day-to-day warehouse operations.

    One component set, many surfaces

    Marketing pages and product flows have different needs but should not need different code. I build the shared set first, then specialise.

    Density is a design problem

    Operational screens carry a lot at once. Readability under load is the requirement, not a nice-to-have added at the end.

    Server state is not UI state

    Caching, invalidation and routing belong in their own layer. Keeping them separate is what stops an app from getting tangled as it grows.

    Motion on a performance budget
