Overview

A trilingual property site for a fictional Tashkent developer — an editorial residences catalog with live listings, a viewing-booking flow and an interactive map, wrapped in a panjara-inspired design system.

My role

Designed and built the whole site: a residences catalog with detail pages, filters and a booking flow, an interactive Leaflet map of locations, and full UZ / RU / EN localisation, on Next.js and Tailwind with a custom panjara lattice motif and light / dark themes.

The challenge

Making a property site feel like architecture, not a listings grid. The work was a restrained editorial layout and a panjara motif that reads as brand rather than decoration, all while staying fast across three languages.

Outcome

A production-deployed real-estate experience that carries a premium property brand end to end — from hero and catalog to a localized booking flow and a map of every residence.

Next case study

Atelier Noir

A luxury fragrance storefront for a fictional artisan perfume house — an editorial catalog, scent-pyramid product pages and a guided scent finder, on a dark editorial type system.
